Our search for windows had turned into a nightmare. We couldn't find a custom-made offer, and when we called Gawo, we discovered they offered a bespoke solution. After a professional consultation, we placed our order and received it within the stated timeframe. They made our new windows from the same wood as our existing ones. We chose windows from Gawo Gasser AG because they are sustainable and the manufacturing and suppliers, including most of the employees, are located in the local area. The replacement of 11 windows (10 wood-aluminum new construction frames and 1 wood-aluminum renovation frame) was carried out efficiently and on schedule by Gawo. Installation, including joint sealing, was performed by experienced professionals. We thank everyone involved who contributed to the success of the project: production, logistics, sales, and after-sales service. Brilliant from A to Z We had the 35-year-old wooden windows in our condo replaced with wood/aluminum renovation windows at the beginning of 2022. The process was excellent. Top-notch advice from project manager Oliver Schnider and perfect execution by the installation team.
