I'm 💯 satisfied with the purchase of my Kamado Joe Classic 3. Although I am looking forward to future cooks, my first cook was perfect, fall off the bones spare ribs. My 2nd cook was a beautiful smoked pork roast. Gastro Plus staff were great. I highly recommend them and the Kamado Joe.
