!!!Absolute disaster!!! Our car was at Useini Garage for over 10 weeks after breaking down, even though we were initially assured it would be repaired in about 1.5 weeks. Week after week, we were given the runaround and new promises were made that were never kept. Usingini Garage was often nearly impossible to reach by phone; we were regularly told they would call us back in a few minutes, only to then go several days without answering the phone or messages. After more than 2.5 months, our car was finally (!!!) ready for pickup, but the entire interior reeked of smoke. Even after cleaning it several times, we couldn't get rid of the smell. We were only able to drive the "repaired" car the short distance of about 500 meters to our house before it broke down again with the same problem as before. The car had to be towed again and sent back to the repair shop. ... All in all, it would be too much to recount the entire disastrous experience with Garage Useini; in any case, we will never have our car repaired there again and hope that other customers do not have to have the same experience as us.
