Grötzinger & Rychard AG was commissioned to build a new single-family home. Their offer was very transparent, and all work was carried out punctually and professionally. Although I wasn't the client myself, but rather a general contractor, their employees addressed all my wishes and specific requirements (home automation, a third-party charging station for an electric car). It was particularly pleasing that the employees themselves provided me with excellent advice (e.g., where to place additional electrical outlets) and also proactively paid attention to details during the construction phase (e.g., choosing the right outlet for a wall of a different color), which was a great relief for me as the client, especially during the hectic final stages. The collaboration was very straightforward, and the work was carried out professionally and on schedule. Thank you very much!
