+ Great location + We booked three rooms and only needed one at short notice. OBC was accommodating with the price. + Ms. Amato in the front office is exceptionally friendly! + Beautiful, modern rooms (with super-thick walls) + Clean, spacious restroom + Reception screen on the ground floor + Fast enough Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) + Very friendly reception and cleaning staff For this high price, however, we would have preferred the following to be different: - We held a webinar (live) from 3:15 PM to 6:05 PM, but unfortunately, one of the employees knocked on the door in the middle of the webinar. That can happen. But to top it all off, someone opened the door again with great force during the live stream (unfortunately, right during the closing remarks). This put us in an uncomfortable/embarrassing situation. Suggested solution: Perhaps clearly label the rooms to indicate where people are allowed to disturb and where they are not. - The projector is so loud that it's impossible to run during a live stream. That's not a big deal, but large TV screens instead of a projector would be ideal. - The room didn't have a single Ethernet connection, so you have to rely on Wi-Fi. (It worked for us, but we weren't streaming in HD.) - Parking was a nightmare. We honestly spent 40 minutes looking for a parking space that would accommodate more than two hours. We finally found a wonderful parking garage (Helvetia), but then had to lug the equipment around for 12 minutes on foot. However, I just saw on the website that OBC apparently has parking spaces (I don't see where they are), so unfortunately we didn't bother to inquire. Suggested solution: Perhaps you could inform all customers that there are spaces and where they are. - There are breakout rooms, but unfortunately, all of them were occupied. Of course, being able to use such a space is just a bonus. - Last but not least, we almost froze to death during our three-hour webinar. The temperature is great as long as you keep moving and sit for a maximum of one hour. If you sit or stand there almost motionless in a suit for three hours, it's unfortunately a bit too cold. So, better pack a wool sweater if you're there for more than an hour :-) Nevertheless, we'll be happy to come back next year. Ms. Amato is a gem, and the facilities are beautifully modern and in a good location. These are all points of criticism that can be improved and should be seen as constructive. Excellent central location. Beautiful, modern meeting rooms with a view of Europaallee. The provision of a projector, coffee, etc., always works perfectly and as agreed.
