Don't offload their goods before you agree cost with them. After fact they ignore you and you have no money for waiting time. At first we've agreed truck won't go to custom office in Ireland. I had it confirmed on email. After few days you were blackmailing me with penalty if I won't do it. At the end we've drove to custom office in Ireland and it wasn't even prepared, so we lost another day.

130 CHF import customs clearance costs (handling fee only) for 50 CHF VAT. Absolutely ridiculous. I recommend everyone look for another shipping service. All imports are cheaper, by far. DHL, UPS, Postch, and all the others charge around 30 CHF handling fees... Regards.
