I visited the bakery in conjunction with the show dairy. I had already heard privately that they sell very good baked goods. Unfortunately, there was no activity in the bakery; I was probably there at the wrong time. I bought a plaited loaf, which everyone enjoyed. I felt like I had a limited selection for the morning. But the shop looks clean, and the staff is polite.

Now, let's be honest! This is really the last straw! We visited you last Thursday and bought bread, croissants, pastries, and those weird vanilla cream cake slices. Now comes the problem: We only got to try the vanilla cream cake yesterday! Great work, dear pastry chefs at Meier! That's simply unacceptable! It's impossible! First you get addicted and now you probably don't even give out the recipe! Ugh, you're mean! 😉 We're now addicted to the stuff because it's so incredibly delicious! But unfortunately, we're already on our way home and thus currently almost unreachable from the "stuff" you produce and sell. We're going through withdrawal and urgently need the recipe!!! Best wishes from the Ruhr area and thanks again for the delicious things! P.S. We still need the recipe!

We were introduced to this bakery by a couple of colleagues who once brought us some delicious Berliners (doughnuts) and other desserts. Since then, we've bought Berliners and other small items several times, but unfortunately, we've been very disappointed on multiple occasions. On the one hand, the products often lacked the flavor we'd experienced before, and on the other hand, the Berliners were often very thin, with just a drop of jam. We're now very disappointed and will be discontinuing our visit. Ultimately, it's a matter of personal taste, and customers will have to discover that for themselves.
