Definitely not recommended. My father is a long-time customer of this garage. I had a used window regulator motor and control unit installed. It broke after a month, but the window could be closed again after 100 attempts. When I called, I was told they would have to install a new one. During this exchange, they claimed the used window regulator worked, but it didn't. I had nothing but trouble and effort and paid a total of 400 and 520. On top of that, they charged me 70 for a noise inspection, a total of 1000. Absolutely outrageous.
Our VW and Skoda have been serviced and maintained at Garage Albrecht for quite some time now. The process is straightforward. A replacement vehicle is always offered, and I can easily get there and back using public transport when I need to go into town. Tire prices are sometimes lower than at large discount stores. A friendly and affordable small garage – I'll gladly use them again. Many thanks, P. Puzz
