I went to ask for something else unrelated to my subscription, and the salesperson changed my entire subscription. Now I have a subscription I don't even recognize. I have to go to the shop at the train station today to see if they can resolve my issue. I'm really disappointed with this salesperson and I'll never set foot in that shop again.

There's a bit of a wait, sometimes even a long one, but the staff are always very friendly and makes all the difference. As with most Swisscom shops, you need to allow plenty of time, but the team's friendliness and professionalism make the experience more pleasant.
