The security at Terrazza is awful and discriminatory; they can't even answer whether red, blue, or light blue people are allowed into the stages. Where is their concern for the well-being of visitors? Security is completely out of control.
Expovina, Primavara, Zurich, wine tasting event, all relaxed adults, casual atmosphere, great event, but the handbag was 3 cm too big, no longer A4 size, no entry. We showed him the contents, no problem. But 3 cm too big was the dangerous bag!! A security guard who took his job too seriously, no discussion. The evil handbag was simply too big. Zero tolerance! But dozens of female visitors with large handbags and backpacks were at the event. But no, we just didn't fit his criteria. It's awful when a security guard does his job so stubbornly. Without any sensitivity. A shame to be received like that.
Every year at the Fantasy Basel theater during the entrance check and other situations, security doesn't take my mental health into consideration! No flexibility and absolutely no understanding! Instead, a security guard yells at me, "I'm not allowed in." I just wanted a little more space to show my backpack, and I'm also ignored when I ask them not to come so close! Despite mentioning my mental health issues, the need for distance, and the request for more space, which they didn't care about, the second security guard next to me looked at me as if he wanted to grab me and hit me. A few steps inside with more space and distance from the crowd wouldn't have been a problem! They advertise big things about training staff, but they send hobby security to events like this! There are people with Asperger's and other mental health issues, but they didn't care! I won't go to FABA again!
