The Swiss support team argues that they are not the manufacturers when problems arise within the warranty period. So, their goal isn't to help the customer and solve their problem, but rather to shirk responsibility as quickly as possible. I can't imagine a worse customer service!

Total failure: -Not delivered as ordered! -Packaging and contents damaged! -Print quality very poor -Delivery time 3 weeks…! Only the customer service was somewhat functional. Unfortunately, I paid the invoice before delivery. This whole thing doesn't even deserve one star! July 22: 6 months later...... The zero-star policy continues. No refund, despite their promise. Customer service isn't even responding anymore. You should check your spam folder. Maybe my replies are still lurking there.
