The previous tenants had the apartment cleaned by this company. I don't even know where to begin… Despite repeated requests for a follow-up cleaning, the floor was still sticky and dirty in many places. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The oven was completely encrusted – even after the so-called "repair." Overall, it didn't seem like the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned at all. The basement floor was far from spotless. The employee who came alone for the follow-up cleaning wasn't able to properly fix even a single one of the problems. Instead, he explained that he had another apartment handover immediately and was pressed for time – even though he had already arrived over 30 minutes late! Absolutely outrageous! On top of that, he lied to us: He claimed he hadn't participated in the original cleaning – even though the previous tenants clearly recognized him. The first thing we had to do on the day we moved in was thoroughly mop the floor again. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, otherwise that would be the more appropriate rating. There's really nothing positive to say – the service was absolutely terrible. I've never experienced anything like it.
