¡¡¡¡Evitar!!!!
Pésimo servicio
It's easy to read what happens when you have dealings with Paycard, for example, in the "Beobachter" magazine. - No invoice received, neither by mail nor email. - First reminder sent immediately with late fees of around 35 CHF. - A call to the hotline, instead of providing help, resulted in a useless conversation with incompetent, rude puppets who have no decision-making power. All in all, a very sad company, indifferent and dismissive even towards its business customers.
Extremely disappointing treatment of business customers. Late payment fees are simply sent out, even after the invoice has already been paid. Even worse: after paying the late fee, another reminder arrives – this time for the late fee itself, plus additional charges. This comes across as unprofessional and unfair. Instead of customer service, there are only automated demands for payment. This is no way to treat business partners. Not recommended.
Same here: Never received an invoice – but immediately received late fees. Stay away from them, yuck – I should have Googled them beforehand and read the article in the Beobachter...
