La furgoneta de transporte no tenía permiso para aparcar cuando llegaron. Daños de la mudanza (cama, lámpara, pared) no cubiertos aunque deberían estar asegurados. No hubo respuesta después de intentar comunicarse con Herr Nuñez para reemplazar la lámpara de araña que dejaron caer al suelo en varias ocasiones. Además, tenga cuidado con el acuerdo de "precio fijo", ya que intentará aumentar el precio una vez realizada la mudanza. Dos estrellas son para los dos trabajadores que fueron agradables.

Núñez Transporte, subcontratista de la empresa de transporte de la mueblería, se encargó de la entrega del sofá. Sólo llegaron dos hombres, en lugar de los cuatro que había acordado/pagado con la tienda de muebles y anotados en el albarán de entrega de Núñez. También estaban bajo una considerable presión de tiempo. Al trasladar el sofá al apartamento se produjeron daños, incluido el suelo de parquet, que lamentablemente sólo noté cuando los dos hombres ya se habían marchado. Inmediatamente informé por escrito de este y otros daños, pero Nunez Services niega cualquier responsabilidad por los daños al parquet y sólo reconoce los pequeños desconchones de pintura en las puertas. Esto resultó en un asunto prolongado que se prolongó durante meses (inicialmente no hubo respuesta de Núñez Services, y solo después de varios meses proporcionaron la información de su seguro de responsabilidad comercial). Pueden ocurrir daños, pero uno esperaría que una empresa profesional los maneje de manera profesional y honesta. El hecho de que solo dos personas se presentaran a la entrega en lugar de cuatro, a pesar de que se les facturó de manera diferente (el sofá era pesado), lo dice todo. Me quejé de esto y solicité cuatro personas, pero simplemente lo hicieron con solo dos. No puedo recomendar en absoluto Nunez Service Transport.

We were very satisfied with the service. The planning went smoothly and without any problems. The moving team was very friendly, relaxed, and efficient. Nothing was damaged, not a single scratch. The furniture assembly (Pax wardrobes) was flawless and quick. We would definitely recommend this moving company.
