Experiencia fácil y rápida. Pensé que sería útil publicar el precio aquí mientras me costaba encontrar esta información. Durante medio día (4 horas) pagué 50 CHF por una bicicleta eléctrica. Hay dos tipos de bicicletas eléctricas disponibles: rígidas y de montaña. Compré la bicicleta rígida porque estaba ahorrando dinero jajaja, pero debería haber comprado la bicicleta de montaña ya que la ruta que seguí (Grindelwald a Bussalp aproximadamente 3 horas de regreso) tenía algunos parches de grava increíblemente llenos de baches. No se necesita depósito ni identificación para contratar, solo pago por adelantado, firma y auge. El trabajador hizo un recorrido rápido por la bicicleta y puede ofrecerle algunas recomendaciones de ruta. La bicicleta eléctrica en sí era estupenda y fácil de usar. Sólo recomendaría pagar un poco más por la bicicleta de montaña si vas por rutas panorámicas que seguramente tendrán una variedad de caminos de grava o senderos; te sentirás más seguro y cómodo.

The Bike Box was amazing to us during a bike adventure day in June 2025 while we were enjoying a week's vacation in Switzerland. We researched a number of bike shops in Grindewald and we chose BikeBox because of their rental offerings and the ease of navigating their website. We also loved the proximity of the shop to mountain routes - a short ride through town and then we were on our way up to Bachalpsee Loop - a stunning ride with the most beautiful views we had ever seen and lots of adorable, friendly cows. The e-bikes were easy to use after an orientation from the friendly and knowledgeable Veronika, and we experienced no issues with the bikes through our day-long adventure. She even provided us with a repair kit, should it be needed. We returned a bit later than scheduled to the shop, and Veronika was quite understanding. The shop has fantastic gear for purchasing as well as snack and comfort essentials for your adventure. On our fantastic Switzerland vacation, our e-bike 20-mile ride originating from the BikeBox was the highlight. Thank you for your wonderful service and patience guidance!
