Si es posible, evite esta línea aérea. Retrasos e información desordenada. Estamos sentados en el aeropuerto de Tallin y todavía nos preguntamos si nuestro avión acaba de salir a las 15:20 o si se retrasó hasta las 16:50. Ahora se retrasan nuevamente, la última información es ahora las 17:50.

Sad experience for years. Avoiding whenever I can. Expecting AirBaltic with new planes, getting some other airline instead with even poorer service. When reaching the runway a plane turns out not be in a technical condition to fly. Way too expensive in comparison with other airlines when it comes to the route Geneva - Riga. Booked an additional comfort seat next to me flying from Nice to Riga and did not get it, allegedly due to aircraft change. Nice habit of not using jet bridges in Riga as they are meant to be used (instead of pulling them to the aircraft, enjoy chilling / raining weather outside when walking to / from aircraft). Delighted to see hundreds of millions of euros of public money spent on this miracle over the last years just to keep it going, perhaps on the premise that it is "too big to fail", just bought tickets with another airline to avoid another promising "delightful" experience with them.

It was a short flight but got delayed. Very poor response from the crew who fell short of being rude and were sarcastic to all passengers who were concerned they might miss their connection.
