Una de las peores experiencias jamás vividas. Fui a la visualización oficial, media hora antes de la hora y esperé hasta la hora de visualización con otras 2 personas. Media hora después, quise completar el formulario pero ya no estaba en línea. El Wohnung no estaba disponible para quienes lo visitaron y quisieron postularse. ¡Baja profesionalidad de la agencia inmobiliaria/empresa inmobiliaria para organizar una visita a un piso ya alquilado!

Hace unos cinco meses encargamos a meinwohntraum AG la venta de nuestra casa. No queríamos involucrarnos nosotros mismos en el proceso. Ellos debían encargarse de todo: crear la documentación de ventas, organizar las visitas, todo. Hoy se obtuvieron las firmas definitivas y se ha producido la transferencia de propiedad. Durante todo el proceso, nos mantuvieron completamente informados sobre el estado actual y los próximos pasos. Siempre nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por René Amberg. Since meinwohntraum AG was deleted from Google, and therefore my comment was deleted, here's a summary. I'm very dissatisfied with the management company; I wouldn't recommend them. I lived in a rental apartment for two years, and the mold in the bathroom wasn't removed until almost a year later. At the apartment handover, they said I'd have to pay for the additional work, but later, in the final statement, the depreciated value wasn't deducted—my mistake for signing the paperwork. This teaches you not to always believe what you're told. I'm glad I'm no longer renting from them. Reply: I see on my timeline that my comment is no longer there. When I search for meinwohntraum AG, the results come up. If meinwohntraum AG becomes searchable on Google again, I'll remove this review and repost it there. If the depreciated value isn't retroactively recognized in the final statement, I see no reason to call them.
