Swiss Senator Lounge E — Zurich Airport, ZUR Gates E, Flughafenstrasse, 8058 Kloten, Switzerland

Esta fue una de mis experiencias de salón favoritas y la recomiendo encarecidamente. David fue un anfitrión increíble en el bar de whisky, extremadamente amable y conocedor y, al mismo tiempo, no era un "nerd del whisky". ¿Qué tienen de bueno los suizos? Su bandera es un plus… :) ¡gracias por la hospitalidad!

La sala VIP de la terminal E es muy grande y tiene diferentes áreas para sentarse en comparación con una única "sala" grande. También cuentan con un área de trabajo con estaciones de trabajo individuales "semiprivadas" (ver fotos). Hay wifi disponible y requiere un código de acceso obtenido de una máquina dedicada que escanea la tarjeta de embarque para establecer la elegibilidad. Curiosamente, hay puertas y vistas a la pista en dos paredes opuestas del salón. Refrescos, vinos, licores, cervezas, refrescos, tés y cafés especiales están disponibles incluso durante el desayuno. Tenían en exhibición desayuno buffet, snacks, dulces, chocolates, etc. El salón cuenta con un buen personal y las mesas se limpian poco después de que quedan libres. Los baños del salón son espaciosos, limpios y bien equipados.

Impresionante salón con patio al aire libre para avistar aviones y binoculares incluidos. La comida en el interior es fantástica, aunque no hay cenas de alta calidad. El helado Movenpick era fantástico y las mejores máquinas de café que tenían una gran selección que incluía bebidas heladas. El helado para el desayuno combinado con un café con leche descafeinado fue increíble. Muchos asientos, nada llenos.

Great Lounge. Love the Whiskey Bar, and the terrace. Not sure which is better?!? Maybe both at the same time. :) I arrived early (7am): I enjoyed a shower with a 15 minute wait. A lovely poached egg dish was made to order for me. The whiskey bar, while not having a bartender present, was available on request. There is a huge selection of whiskey, all complimentary. Most of the bottles have retail prices between 30-70CHF, but I did not bother to check them all. There is a relaxation area, where you can nearly lay flat in reclining loungers. The terrace opened later in the morning, 8 or 9 AM. Lunch service began at 11, and was quite tasty as well. Today I enjoyed Deer meat, with mushrooms, gravy, dumplings and red cabbage. I will definitely plan to fly through ZRH again, just to enjoy this lounge.

Good lounge. Got access from star alliance krisflyer elite gold status. So many food option. Decent food. Great place to just chill and wait for your flight. It was quite crowded when i visited but the lounge is quite spacious it can seat us all.. great view from the window too..

Nice lounge. Comfortable seats with plenty of room and wide selection of snacks, food and drink. There is also an amazingly well stocked whiskey bar with close to about one hundred different whiskeys to chose from. The staff are very courteous and friendly, however no nonesense, as it should be. Good wifi connection and proximity to the gate make this lounge a good choice. Highly recommendable!
