¡EL TELÉFONO CUESTA 420.- MENOS DE SAMSUNG EN LUGAR DE EXTENSIÓN DE CONTRATO DE SALT! El trabajador incompetente y grosero quería venderme el Galaxy S25 con una extensión de contrato de 24 meses. Sin cambiar el contrato base, querían 1080CHF dentro de los 24 meses solo para el teléfono (EXCLUYENDO LA SUSCRIPCIÓN BASE). Truco de Salt para superar el interés máximo del 15% anual. COMPRÉ EXACTAMENTE EL MISMO TELÉFONO EN SAMSUNG.CH POR 650, así que querían cobrarme 420. Aún puedes pagar dentro de los 24 meses si compras en Samsung. sin pagar ni un céntimo más. Incluso obtuve un nuevo Samsung Tag 2 gratis. ¡La sal es basura absoluta desde hace casi 20 años! Cambiaré y nunca volveré. NUNCA COMPRES UN TELÉFONO U OTRO DISPOSITIVO A TRAVÉS DE SALT A MENOS QUE QUIERAS PAGAR CASI EL DOBLE DEL PRECIO.

Terrible experience, please don't go to this store or Salt company. The service is terrible, bad connection and high prices. Also in this store the manager sold me a SIM for 60CHF + 35CHF of tarif per month, this is a SCAM. They can't charge you for the SIM because is free. When I reply the manager he told me this is the rules of the company and they charge to everybody 60CHF for the SIM. If you want lower price go to Digital Republic website. If you need attention in person go to the Swisscom store. But please try to skip this stores on the airport they more expensive than in other locations in Zurich. Also try to get online companys like Digital Republic, Swipe, or similar. They will never charge you for the SIM and they give you better price.

I had a great experience! My phone stopped working properly just before my flight and the employee was really understanding and so nice to us and helped me through it. I ended up buying a new phone. I was even able to leave my new and old phone with them for a while to charge it. I felt so much better after as I was very stressed as you can imagine so I wanted to talk about my experience :)

The worst experience, I am the salt client since 10 years. Whenever I need something there I have to deal angry face and arrogant attitude. Especially Mayor was his name. He is always rude to clients….
