Mal servicio al cliente. Me mudé del Reino Unido con mi máquina que funcionaba bien. La máquina fue enviada allí para mantenimiento y un pequeño trabajo de reparación hace un par de meses y nuevamente dejó de funcionar. No contestan mis llamadas telefónicas y no devuelven mis correos electrónicos. No estoy seguro de qué está pasando con esta gente. Mi cafetería también los desaconsejó por motivos similares.
Experiencia decepcionante. Compré un Mina usado en este distribuidor oficial de Dalla Corte en Suiza. En mi segunda visita, no volví a inspeccionar la máquina antes de recogerla. La máquina ya estaba embalada y lista para su transporte. Confié completamente en este distribuidor oficial. Cuando desembalé la máquina, descubrí defectos. Rogalla afirma que los defectos se debieron al transporte en mi coche. Este no es el caso. Desde entonces no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Piénselo dos veces antes de utilizar sus servicios.

I highly recommend the course to everyone! For me, as a beginner, it was very helpful to be able to take in all the information and tips. Everything was explained very clearly, and I had the opportunity to test out many machines and mills to gain firsthand experience.
