I initially left a message on the voicemail and subsequently received a WhatsApp message asking me to send photos of what I had done. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything for several days after that. A simple "Sorry, I can't help" would have sufficed. Especially in an urgent situation where the kitchen sink was unusable, I would have appreciated a prompt response.
