Esta empresa puede ser competente en muchas áreas, pero no cuando se trata de daños ocultos por agua o infestaciones de moho. Ninguno de los intentos de medir gérmenes en el aire arrojó resultados utilizables. A pesar de nuestras explícitas objeciones, la segunda medición se realizó nuevamente con placas que no pertenecían al laboratorio. Esto llevó a lecturas muy inusuales que nadie podía interpretar o explicar. El laboratorio afirmó en su informe que los valores exteriores eran demasiado bajos para esta época del año, pero que no tenían experiencia con estas placas y por tanto no podían realizar un análisis. Krüger tampoco encontró explicación para las lecturas extremadamente bajas en exteriores y las lecturas en interiores que eran 40 veces más altas; sin embargo, afirmó que todo era normal. Después de repetidas consultas y de mencionar el historial de daños por moho y agua en el apartamento que no había sido reparado adecuadamente, inicialmente recibimos respuestas muy vagas (la lectura al aire libre no era importante, de todos modos no era confiable, etc.) y finalmente no hubo respuesta alguna. Los análisis siempre tardaron más de lo prometido. No se cumplieron plazos ni acuerdos. Siempre había nuevas razones por las que el informe no se podía redactar todavía. En definitiva, sencillamente poco fiable, poco profesional e incompetente.

We contacted the Krüger company in September for an air quality analysis in our rented apartment. Their technicians came three times. The equipment was defective during the first measurement, the second measurement was not taken correctly, and after the last measurement, we never received a proper response from Krüger (as something likely went wrong during the third measurement as well). Some of our questions remain unanswered to this day. We received hardly any response from the responsible technician (despite phone calls and emails). We also contacted the company again in writing because we were dissatisfied with the service, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. During a phone call, we were again met with excuses and therefore didn't get a clear answer. Our concerns were not taken seriously, and we are very disappointed with Krüger. The entire communication was very unprofessional and disappointing. We would not recommend them again.
