Stoosbahnen — 6430 Schwyz, Switzerland

Esta es una excursión muy divertida si estás en Suiza. Subir en funicular fue muy divertido y ¡impresionante lo empinado que se vuelve! Puedes disfrutar de unas bonitas vistas en el camino y también hay algunos agradables paseos para hacer hasta allí. O puede continuar hasta Fronalpstock.

Visité Stoosbahn en otoño. Aunque había niebla abajo, el tiempo resultó brillante y despejado arriba. La ingeniería suiza es realmente asombrosa: ¡el viaje en sí es una experiencia! No me arrepiento de haber venido aquí. Después de llegar a la cima, hice una caminata desde Fronalpstock hasta Klingenstock y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. Si tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente regresaré algún día… ¡deséenme suerte! 🇨🇭🍂

Mi experiencia en Stoos. Estuve allí con mi esposa y un amigo en febrero de 2025 y disfruté de la vista. Este lugar es asombroso; se siente como si estuvieras tocando el cielo y es impresionante. Es un lugar de visita obligada.

Very impressive with amazing views! It’s extremely steep however once inside you will not feel it, you will only see it when passing through the tunnels. On top, you can do a beautiful ridge hike during the day!

4 stars only for the steepest funicular in the world. The funicular ride was slow and fun. You don't feel the incline because only the base of funicular inclines but your internal seating area remains still while going up. The stoos village is just like other ordinary villages of Switzerland. Yes stoos ridge hike is stunning but it requires an additional ticket as Swiss Travel Pass only includes the funicular ride. If you have limited time, better go to Stanserhorn or Rigi and skip this place as reaching funicular base is also times consuming from Schwyz train station you have limited buses to Stoosbahn.
