¡La peor compañía de todos los tiempos! Pedido realizado el 3 de febrero, no cumplido el 21 de febrero. ¡No pudimos subir nuestro camión de mudanzas porque el poste no había sido retirado! ¡La mudanza urgente cuesta 150 CHF sin IVA, además de una espera considerable! ¡Absolutamente indignante! ¡Aléjate de esta empresa!
En nuestro edificio de la calle Seefeldstrasse 17 en Lucerna, un tal señor Jawad limpia la propiedad y no puedo sino felicitarlo. Desde que empezó, todo está siempre limpio. Es muy amigable y hace bien su trabajo. ¡Continúa con el gran trabajo!

Unfortunately, in our department, only the bare minimum is being done, and it seems as though no more time or resources are available. This is a shame, of course, as I think that with a little more commitment or better organization, a significantly better result could be achieved.
