Sólo puedo decir cosas buenas del Ostermundigen Gemeinde y del personal. Los empleados fueron educados, amigables, comprensivos y competentes. Los asuntos se manejaron eficientemente mediante correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas de pacientes. Era un contraste notable con la Gemeindeverwaltung de la ciudad de Berna.

The staff are helpful and friendly, but the building itself is a disaster – neither accessible nor wheelchair-friendly. The driveway is far too steep, and the entrance door is much too narrow with a threshold that's impossible to navigate alone. And this is supposed to be a public authority!

Disastrous organization, inefficiency, and rudeness. Despite COVID, there was a long queue and behind closed doors were employees who were off duty, and I wonder what these people were actually doing besides taking smoke breaks?

The staff were unfriendly and showed no understanding for other professional groups who also had to do their jobs… Awful, it couldn't be more unfriendly.
