Terrible experiencia. Afirman que el material se puede devolver sin ningún problema. Luego presentan sus términos y condiciones, diciendo que no es posible. Todo estaba prepago y el saldo acreedor (unos 3.000 €) aún no ha sido reembolsado cinco meses después. ¡Indignante! Por suerte, hay muchos competidores...

The only annoying thing is when you've loaded 19 out of 20 pallets, and then a private customer arrives and you have to wait until they're served. (My last pallet was already on the forklift.)
