Pedí un mueble de cocina (13,5). Hubo información de que esto debería entregarse hasta finales de mayo. Más tarde llamé a Threm y recibí información de que debería entregarse en 2 semanas. Y, por supuesto, volví a llamar y recibí información de que esto debería entregarse en 4-5 semanas. Engañan a los clientes. Esto no es agradable. Creo que cancelaré este pedido. Es bueno que ordené con pago de factura (30 días). No lo recomiendo
Lamentablemente me enviaron un mueble roto! El embalaje y la calidad de la vitrina que recibí son muy malas y llegó rota. ¡No es posible usarlo! Sin embargo, cuando llamé al servicio me sugirieron abiertamente enviarme un mueble nuevo y recuperar el roto. ¡Pensando en el futuro!

WORST COMPANY TO RELY ON if you need sth. order was place on 30.03.2020 for 10 items of same products. 15.05.2020 i received the first package with ONLY 1 item.(company apologized and sent additional items) 26.05.2020 i received second package with ONLY 5 items (comapny said that they are sorry and sending the rest of the order the same day). Later that day a company called telling that they don't have the rest of the items in stock and they will only receive them in a month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
