My wife had the idea to make a cat tree ourselves! We called, drove there, and they immediately understood our request. They put it up on the crane, we chose a tree, cut it to size, and added two boards for the top and bottom – everything was cut to size right away. The employee was very helpful and competent. I spent a long time looking for oak boards to build a bed and found them at Iten Holz. I was able to order them immediately, pre-cut and planed on four sides, even if it was only a "small quantity," and at an extremely fair price. Furthermore, all the employees were very friendly.
