Hace poco pasamos por Rubigen y pasamos por la carnicería "mit Liebi" (con amor). Compramos cordon bleu y ternera emmental. Sólo puedo decir: ¡fue fantástico! Tierna como la mantequilla, sencillamente maravillosa. Esta carnicería es muy recomendable. ¡Muchas gracias!

I visited my butcher shop "mit Liebi" on December 31st, and as always, despite the holiday rush, the service was very friendly and competent. All the meat was perfect, as usual. I can highly recommend the raw ham made with beer – it's divine! The visit to "mit Liebi" was worthwhile, as always, and I even had a "wow" moment – what more could you ask for? :-)

Now called "mit Liebi" (with Liebi), it's a very good butcher shop. It's bright, clean, and friendly, with a very good selection, including cheese. Drinks, spices, wines, and other small items, including souvenirs, are available. But just as important is the advice, and it's delivered with heart and, as Liebi (the owner's name) with a passion for the product. The two gentlemen are happy to assist customers with good tips, and if time permits, they'll even have a chat. Very personable.
