En general, estoy muy insatisfecho con el servicio al cliente y la calidad. Tengo la impresión de que los dispositivos están mal ensamblados. Después de poco más de dos años, mi iPhone 15 Pro solo se cargaba al 40%. Entonces noté que la batería se estaba hinchando y la carcasa se estaba separando. Intenté encontrar un punto de contacto para una eliminación adecuada en el sitio web, pero no funcionó; me refirió a otros sitios web. Pedí un cargador de pared hace unos dos años, pero los puertos USB estaban mal instalados. Ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy tedioso, llevó mucho tiempo y fue inútil. Finalmente, la denuncia no prosperó. En general, tengo la impresión de que no se cumple la "promesa suiza de calidad". Esto hace sospechar que en China se compran productos baratos y se revenden aquí a precios elevados. También es notable que la empresa no se pueda encontrar en Trustpilot, pero sí se anuncia en el sitio web, ¡aunque sea muy brevemente!
After the magnetic ring of the phone case simply detached and stuck to the charging station, we contacted customer service on March 17th. No response. Second email on March 26th. No response. - Today is April 3rd - still no reaction. And this is supposed to be premium support??? This is simply abysmal service and a product that is clearly defective. Extremely frustrating!

MagPowerbank 5000: Easy ordering, delivery within 2 days. Perfect packaging, nice design. Unfortunately, the magnet is very weak. It doesn't even hold the power bank's own weight on an iPhone 11 without a case. Apple only introduced a suitable magnetic connection starting with the 12-inch model. Andi be free offers a case for older models, which I will now order. The phone charges quickly when placed on the power bank, but it also gets quite warm. Excellent customer service. Inquiries are answered quickly and competently. Great!
