Increíble servicio al cliente, vino por 2 semanas de snowboard, el precio fue excelente y el personal fue muy servicial y acogedor, ofreció múltiples bebidas mientras esperamos y también ofreció equipo nuevo y cambio de tamaño si tuvimos algún problema. Lo recomiendo absolutamente, incluso compré gafas de esquí nuevas porque mi experiencia fue muy agradable.
Mis hijos y yo alquilamos algunos equipos para nuestro viaje en snowboard. Todos éramos bastante nuevos en el snowboard. Este lugar fue increíble, ayudaron a seleccionar el equipo correcto. Incluso abriendo botas y tablas nuevas que se ajusten a nuestras tallas. Gracias por hacer que nuestra experiencia sea memorable y positiva. Ojalá volvamos un año más. Sigan con el gran trabajo

Wonderful experience renting a snowboard and boots! Ueli was so friendly and helpful - he really went above and beyond expected service. As a local he can tell you a lot about the area. Highly recommended, you will leave happy!
Ueli was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional in setting up a couple of beginner skiers visiting Switzerland with a pair of skis, boots, and helmet for the day. Fantastic value and great quality rental. Highly, highly recommend for ski rental or purchase in the Sörenberg area.
