Based on a recommendation, I switched to Swica a few years ago. My two children are now also insured with Swica, and we will soon be transferring my wife to Swica as well. We are extremely satisfied with Swica's services and customer service and thank them for this consistently positive experience. Here's to many more years!
I thought customer service would be particularly important at Swica, especially with their expensive debt collection insurance, but unfortunately, I've been frustrated for years due to unfulfilled services, unilateral contract changes/new exclusions, and administrative errors to my disadvantage. When I stand up for my rights, certain employees treat me very rudely. They suggest I switch providers, knowing full well that doing so with debt collection insurance is complicated. Very disappointing...
I'm a new customer, having been a customer since this year. I had several issues with other branches where things weren't handled correctly. I was extremely grateful for the help and support from Mr. A.S., the customer advisor there. Excellent work and patience guaranteed. Thank you!
