The attention to detail is evident in every crafted drop. The whiskey cream is, to put it mildly, a dream for Irish coffee. I'd especially like to give a shout-out to Alex: His advice, knowledge, and passion make the visit something special. You can feel the generations of experience and dedication that have gone into this. Highly recommended – just stop by and enjoy for yourself.
We ordered a Kafi Luz set online from Z'graggen. The set is perfect as a gift and highly recommended. Unfortunately, one of the glasses was damaged in transit. Upon contacting Z'graggen, a new glass was immediately sent free of charge and without any hassle. Thank you for the excellent customer service, which is not something you can take for granted these days! Keep up the good work!
