Espero que los residentes actuales se sientan cómodos en Bernapark y que las ruidosas obras y el tráfico de vehículos pesados sean ahora aceptables. Como antiguo residente, ciertamente no tengo buenos recuerdos del Bernapark. Incluso si me atrajo la visión y el hermoso concepto (tal vez demasiado hermoso para ser real).

This municipality is a prime example of how to systematically alienate its citizens. Utter incompetence across the board: no one feels responsible, nothing works, and simple requests become months-long odysseys. Inquiries vanish into thin air, responses either don't come at all or arrive far too late... if at all. Friendliness? Non-existent. Commitment? Irrelevant. Instead of solutions, there are excuses; instead of service, only bureaucracy and irritated replies.
