¡Grandes tartas!
Unfriendly and completely uncustomer-oriented! We wanted to spend a relaxing afternoon in this pastry shop, ordered coffee and pastries, and sat down at a table. Meanwhile, we played a harmless card game—nothing loud, nothing disturbing. But after a short while, the salesperson came over and complained about the shuffling of the cards, claiming it was too loud for her. Her statement that this "isn't a gaming room" was completely inappropriate and unfriendly. It's absolutely incomprehensible why a pastry shop with seating would drive customers away just because they don't like the slightest noise. If we had been engrossed in conversation at a normal volume, it would have been considerably louder—but apparently, this is arbitrary. If you don't want customers in your shop, maybe you shouldn't offer seating in the first place. This was our first and last visit to this already poorly rated pastry shop. Friendliness and hospitality are nowhere to be found here. Absolutely not recommended!
Very fine cheese Truffle also available in season Highly recommended 👌👌
The waitress gives you the impression that you're disturbing someone and that she doesn't actually feel like working. Not Mrs. Kälin, she's very nice and helpful. The prices are completely ridiculous: croissants for CHF 1.75, and the owner and manager always comes up with unfounded excuses about high costs. It's a good thing we have another bakery and the Volg in our village.
