Nuestra carnicería favorita. Gente buena, local, a precios razonables y muy amable detrás del mostrador. Cuando la tienda está cerrada, afuera hay una máquina expendedora bien surtida donde se puede comprar una selección de deliciosos productos cárnicos. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Friendly staff, superb fresh meat. I've ordered meat there several times for fondue chinoise. I always received beautiful platters. When I wanted to order for a Monday two weeks ago, Mr. Aeschlimann told me they're closed on Mondays, so he vacuum-sealed the meat for me. Very helpful indeed. I can also highly recommend the veal steaks. They're freshly cut. Always a pleasure! 🙂

We were able to hold the birthday party as planned on July 25th. The grilled meats we received from Aeschlimann Butcher Shop were of very good quality, and the potato salad was also a hit with all the guests. Thank you so much for providing us with the goods despite your company being closed for vacation.
