Esta fue nuestra primera vez en este restaurante pero definitivamente no será la última. Disfrutamos de una deliciosa comida seguida de chocolate caliente y affogato en la terraza. Victoria, que nos estaba atendiendo, fue realmente encantadora e hizo que toda la experiencia fuera placentera. Volveremos :)
Fabulosa vista y terraza. Servicio muy bueno. La comida está bien.
Sólo un recuerdo nostálgico de lo que solía ser el restaurante Raten cuando lo dirigía su dueño. La calidad de la comida es bastante baja, el servicio fue grosero (y les llevó 45 minutos conseguirles a los niños su escalope con pommes, muy pobre y estándar). Nos encantaba ir allí por la ubicación, la excelente comida y el servicio amigable para los niños (algo muy raro en Suiza). La ubicación sigue siendo excelente, el parque infantil por el momento también, la comida y el servicio lamentablemente son muy mediocres o malos.
Very, very slow service. They promise 19 minutes wait time for the menu, but it's more like 1h 19 min. The food is good, the prices are average Swiss. The view is nice.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Viktoria. She was incredibly patient and caring, especially with our baby, which made our meal so much more relaxed and enjoyable. She took the time to help us with the menu and toys for the kids, . Thank you, Viktoria for being so kind to us
05/02/2026 We came to this restaurant for some sunshine and decided to have a lunch. The service was unfortunately very slow, forgetful and disappointing. The food, when it arrived was warm but by the time the waitress brought the cutlery, our meal had gone cold! As for the food, this was very average, Schnitzel and chips, it isn’t hard to make but it was dry and quite tasteless. The Alpler macaroni looked factory made with factory made fried onions and factory made apple sauce. The only thing that redeems this restaurant is the nice terrace and stunning views. At best I would return for just a coffee or a hot chocolate, certainly not for the food.
