He sido un cliente leal de esta cooperativa durante más de 5 años, pero durante los últimos 3 meses, cada vez que uso la caja de autoservicio, el personal me detiene para realizar un control. Esto se ha vuelto increíblemente frustrante, especialmente cuando voy de compras con mis dos hijos pequeños. Ya es bastante estresante gestionarlos mientras se intenta pasar por caja, y esta interrupción constante hace que la experiencia sea insoportable. Entiendo la necesidad de seguridad, pero este nivel de escrutinio me parece excesivo e injusto. He decidido que ya no compraré aquí; simplemente no vale la pena el estrés.

Fruits, vegetables and meats are not of an acceptable standard for the price. More discounter quality at Coop prices, which really annoys me. Reminds me of the overpriced Coop in Küssnacht. I really didn't actively compare, but I have the impression that the prices are a bit higher here than in Luzern old town, Zug or Seewen. Also, it has been my experience, that the merchandise is not as "fresh".
