Principio de temporada, un poco después del almuerzo. Comida abundante y satisfactoria y personal amable. Precios habituales de los restaurantes de esquí suizos. ¡Volvería otra vez!
El personal grosero, especialmente la mujer en el mostrador, aunque las personas que prepararon la comida fueron agradables. Almorzamos pagando el total 70.- y luego solo le pedí un poco de agua para el biberón de mi bebé (lo hizo en inglés y luego en alemán porque ella fingía no entenderme) y ella solo me trató muy mal solo por pedírselo, terminé comprando una botella de agua de 6 euros.
Vinimos a tomar una copa y una pizza. Fuimos a la sección de pizzas y allí una mujer muy desagradable nos dijo que nos fuéramos, intenté preguntarle en inglés por qué teníamos que irnos y ella ni siquiera quiso explicarme a qué se refería. Fuimos a la siguiente sección del restaurante, pedimos sopa, pizza y bebidas. Luego, me acerqué a la mujer para preguntarle por qué no podíamos sentarnos donde está la pizzería y ella, groseramente, comenzó a decir algo en su propio idioma e indicó que deberíamos irnos y sentarnos en la otra sección. Servicio muy desagradable, desagradable en la sección de pizzería, una mujer de mediana edad. No debería trabajar allí porque no es apta para trabajar en catering entre personas. Personal caro y grosero en la sección de pizzería.
The lady at the pizza counter told me and my three kids to order from the cafeteria because I was getting one chicken nugget set. I actually wanted to order three pizza sets and stay at the pizza area, which had free seats, but she insisted I order from the cafeteria. After waiting in a long queue, I was told at the cafeteria that they didn’t even serve pizza! I ended up with lousy cafeteria food instead. Frustrated, I went back to the pizza counter to explain what happened, only to see that they were still serving pizzas to other guests. The attendant just shrugged and didn’t even apologize. Terrible service!
The location is good and the service was fine. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not great for the price especially compared to other options in the area.
I bought a cup of tee. The staff gave me half cup of water. After I finished it I took that cup to the counter and ask if I can get more water. The staff refused me by simply shaking her head.
