- Servicio de baja calidad (no realineó correctamente la persiana después de la reparación) - Poca transparencia (no se ofrece presupuesto de reparación, no se deja recibo de aceptación después de la reparación) y - Caro (2 tipos enviados con un coste de 108 CHF por hora cada uno + tarifa fija de 89 CHF (?) + material = casi 600 CHF por 1 hora de trabajo).
I had a very positive experience with Griesser Storen AG. The consultation was personal, competent, and precisely tailored to the client's needs. Delivery and installation were punctual and clean – the team was friendly and professional. Even minor disagreements were always resolved fairly and with a focus on the customer. Everyone is very satisfied with the quality of the blinds. Highly recommended!
Jason Eck and Ömer Bayrak did an outstanding job for me. They worked very professionally and resolved my problem with the external venetian blinds quickly and reliably. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency. Ömer Bayrak also explained the problem and how they fixed it to me clearly and concisely. I found this very helpful and transparent. Furthermore, Jason Eck and Ömer Bayrak were very friendly and personable. They are both really nice guys, polite, and very customer-oriented. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I can definitely recommend them and the Griesser company. Thank you for the excellent and prompt work!
Finally...FANTASTIC! Things have definitely improved at Griesser – after some less-than-ideal initial experiences, I can't stress enough how fantastic the service team around Ramona Hertwig is.
