Je n'écris pas de critiques, mais je le dois pour Inkolor. Je n'ai jamais eu un meilleur service client de la part d'aucune entreprise. Le site Internet pour passer des commandes est très convivial. J'ai reçu ma commande extrêmement rapidement et j'ai pu installer la cartouche de toner facilement. Malheureusement, mon imprimante n'accepte pas la cartouche de toner compatible. J'ai contacté le fabricant de l'imprimante et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Désespéré de trouver une solution, j'ai envoyé un e-mail à Inkolor et en quelques heures, j'ai reçu une réponse. Avec l'e-mail, un fichier PDF était joint avec les étapes spécifiques permettant à mon modèle d'imprimante de résoudre mon problème. Les instructions étaient excellentes. Mon imprimante fonctionne désormais parfaitement. Inkolor est le seul endroit où j'irai pour mes besoins en imprimante, ils ont un autre client satisfait à vie.

Broken Printer Due to Inkolor Cartridges After ordering compatible cartridges for our HP printer here, we suddenly had a "printer error." Original cartridges, resetting the printer, and contacting HP support were all useless, and now we have to buy a new printer. Thanks, Inkolor.
