Louer une voiture auprès de mon entreprise après un accident de voiture. Il n'a jamais été possible d'appeler directement EuropCar Bienne. J'arrive 15min après l'heure d'ouverture. Porte fermée. Aucune aide. Appel le lendemain avec EuropCar : Non Désolé ou autre chose. Aucune aide en cas d'urgence.

Très gentille dame au comptoir, l'Iveco était en parfait état. Le prix était correct.
The employee on site was extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated. Although all the cars were already booked, she went to great lengths to find a solution for us (a father and his 10-year-old son): one car was returned earlier than planned. We were then able to take this car and keep our appointments on time. This employee truly deserves 10 stars; she really helped us out of a tight spot! Thank you so much!
The rental process went perfectly, the confirmation arrived promptly, and we received the vehicle we wanted. The service was competent and very friendly. The location next to a gas station is ideal. This meant we didn't have to spend time searching for a gas station to return the car with a full tank. We would gladly rent from them again.
