Je suis passé 5 minutes avant la fermeture pour récupérer un pneu et quelques pièces de rechange assorties. Peter était accueillant et très serviable et nous avons discuté pendant un moment. Super gars, super magasin, beaucoup de pièces en stock. Merci! Fortement recommandé !!!
Belle expérience avec ce service. J'ai perdu une partie importante lors de la balade à vélo sans laquelle il était impossible de continuer. Comme ils n'en avaient pas, il m'a volontiers proposé de me fabriquer la vis en attendant. Merci beaucoup

If I could give it a 6 or higher, I definitely would. Excellent service. Because the workshop was busy, the owner gave me a filler kit so I could top up my Magura brake system with oil myself. I'd done this before, so I had absolutely no problems. Top-notch service from a very helpful owner.
I spontaneously stopped by the bike shop today because my son's bike had a problem with the rear derailleur. We received immediate, comprehensive, and extremely friendly service. It's a shame that bike shops like this are under so much pressure. I hope this shop in Brienz can continue to serve many more customers.
