J'aime l'endroit et la pièce ici. Mais malheureusement, il y a beaucoup d'enfants. Il y avait un problème dans la chambre à l'étage, les enfants jouaient et couraient bruyamment toute la journée et jusqu'au soir. Le bruit des piétinements quotidiens est terrible. Et cette pièce n'est pas très insonorisée. J'ai appelé l'appartement. Ils ont juste dit qu’ils le leur feraient savoir, mais ils ne pouvaient rien garantir. Parce qu'ils peuvent être bruyants jusqu'à 21h00. Et voici presque tous les Indiens. La culture ou l'éducation peuvent être différentes. Bien sûr, je n'ai aucun problème avec les enfants ou eux, mais dans les appartements, il devrait y avoir des règles plus strictes. Discipline du vivre ensemble Je pense que c'est mon erreur, j'aurais dû d'abord le vérifier attentivement. Je devrai endurer certaines odeurs et cris, bruits de pas pendant encore deux mois. J'espère que ce message sera utile.

Exécution des travaux de construction dans l'immeuble (déjà depuis 3,5 mois) sans en informer les locataires potentiels avant de signer le contrat avec eux. Chers City Stay Apartments, veuillez lire avec compréhension. Je n'ai écrit qu'une seule phrase avec un vocabulaire peu sophistiqué. Je vais vous donner un indice. Le mot clé ici est AVANT. J'ai signé un contrat en mai et j'ai déménagé en juin. Les informations sur les travaux de construction arrivent 1 à 2 semaines avant le début réel des travaux de construction. Le mot PRIOR signifie dans ce cas informer les locataires en mai. Depuis juin vous avez échangé les fenêtres, échangé les portes dans tous les appartements et vous avez des rénovations en cours au sous-sol. Cette semaine, vous avez commencé par démolir les escaliers menant à l'entrée principale. Je serais plus qu’heureux de voir où exactement dans mon contrat vous avez inclus cette information. Je joins quelques photos dans la partie invités. Et j’en ajouterai d’autres au fur et à mesure de l’avancée des travaux de construction. Câlins et bisous

Idéalement situé à proximité de l'arrêt de bus Brandbachstrasse et de la gare de Dietlikon, il est propre et soigné, suffisamment spacieux, dispose de toutes les installations de base nécessaires et se trouve à proximité d'une grande Coop du Dietlikon Center, ainsi que d'un Ikea. Il se trouve juste à côté de l'Altbach qui bénéficie d'un environnement paisible et d'une forêt à quelques centaines de mètres. Le personnel est très cordial et rapide à aider. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Brüttisellen et Dietlikon.

I was living with my boyfriend at Ringstrasse apartment, Brüttisellen. We were looking for the apartment in May, to come here in June. It was pretty complicated to get all the information about the apartment - but as we did not have a really big budget we did not have any other option, so we chose to rent from City Stay. First of all what they did - they did not tell ANY SINGLE WORD about the ongoing reconstruction work even though they knew that we will be staying at least 3 months there. They gave us the price as usual, asked for the deposit - and no words about the reconstruction, absolutely pathetic. They started to do complete renovation as of June and they should have finished only around November - it was during ALL our stay and we were not informed about it. If we would have known the apartment is under construction - THERE IS NO CHANCE WE WOULD HAVE RENTED IT. This is why they did not tell anything - because they wanted our money to cover the costs of apartments even during the renovation. The renovation was full - painting walls from the outside (we had to stay with closed windows because of that reconstruction on the hottest days during summer!!), changing doors, windows, repairing front entrance and all the basement. We heard drilling, huge smell and other stuff a lot of days. Zero understanding about good customer service and good business. Second of all, when we were already checked out in the end of October - we had to fight to get our deposit back. I called them to ask what is the situation, when they will do the transfer - the lady Anna Hermann was rude and said our pans were left very dirty so we have to pay for it, because of those pans she even threatened me that we will most likely not get ANY of our 2000 CHF deposit back.. Seriously? In the end they paid us out part of our deposit back (they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning) so I don’t understand why she was threatening me that we will not get any of it.. Also, they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning with fixing price just by email - when I asked them to send me an official invoice stating for what we have been charged - turns out the amount was wrong and they owed us 29 CHF!! They miscalculated and did not even bothered to do anything until I asked an official invoice.. So pathetic once again. Also, during our stay when after hard week I had a day off on Friday and wanted to rest and sleep - drillings came out around 7:30 in the morning as always!! I was so angry and so desperate so I called them almost crying to ask them to pay us a refund of all our staying because this situation is so ridiculous... They agreed to pay us 200 CHF refund of each month we stayed which is almost nothing comparing to the real cost which is above 2200 CHF per month... I have so much disrespect to this company it is even hard to describe.. All in all, I just simply would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent any apartment from them.. Even if you don’t have any other option - please consider Vision Apartments or something similar which costs more, but in the end you will get a decent customer service. This apartment was fully booked during my stay with a lot of indian people, but they were not complaining because of whatever reason... Unfortunately. Maybe you will never get such an experience as I did - but I would recommend to avoid this company if you care how they treat their customers according to my experience. Thanks for reading this.
