Très difficile de faire quoi que ce soit. Nous avons fait affaire avec eux et dès qu'il a fallu parler de paiement, ils ont arrêté de répondre aux e-mails et de décrocher le téléphone.

This is a lying office, they agreed that they would pay extra for loading by the driver, but they haven't paid a single cent in six months. I don't recommend cooperation!!!
