Best Shop in and Service in Town for any mobile!
I visited the Mobilezone store in Thun Bälliz today. I was very impressed with the service from the young man who even offered me a chair. I would recommend placing stools or chairs throughout the store for older customers, as I, at 80 years old, find it very difficult to stand for long periods.
Unpleasant Experience at the Mobilezone Shop in Thun Dear Sir/Madam, On December 5, 2025, I visited your shop at Bälliz 62, 3600 Thun. The only employee present (approximately 18–30 years old, dark hair) was on a personal phone call – as was clearly audible, it concerned his parents' phone provider. In my opinion, such a personal conversation is unacceptable, especially during working hours and in front of customers. Meanwhile, I stood unattended in the sales area, and when I asked for assistance, I was told that no one else was available. As mentioned in a previous comment about my visit, I was simply told, "Unfortunately, that's not possible," instead of being offered a solution or alternative. This experience was very unpleasant overall, and it will be my last visit to your shop. I did not expect such unprofessional behavior.
