J'ai eu le privilège de suivre un cours avec des instructeurs externes (Röhm Animal Science Institute) à la ferme équestre islandaise de Gumpisberg. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, avons eu droit à un merveilleux repas (même pour moi, végétalien, la nourriture était délicieuse, ce qui est loin d'être acquis), et avons pu utiliser comme modèles certains des chevaux islandais bien soignés et amicaux de la ferme. Un grand merci à Sabine et Hermann Riedel !
