Processus très fluide et facile de location d'une voiture. Le véhicule était en parfait état et c'était comme conduire une voiture neuve hors du parking. Le personnel a suivi le processus et ce fut un soulagement que cette partie de mon voyage se déroule sans problème.

Je donnerai plus de cinq étoiles si je le pouvais. La voiture est très propre, neuve et fiable. Le prix est très raisonnable. Le processus est très simple et direct. Je viens simplement au bureau de location, demande à louer une voiture et récupère la voiture immédiatement sans avoir à pré-réserver plusieurs jours auparavant. Ils sont également flexibles et acceptent également les cartes de débit, la possession d'une carte de crédit n'est donc pas obligatoire. J'ai une très belle expérience de voyager autour d'Interlaken avec cette voiture de grande qualité de Hertz Autovermietung.

Great little Hertz location. Picked up at opening 08:00 on a saturday and self- returned Sunday morning without any issues. Car was brand new and drove fantastic. As an english speaking American, I was treated very well and was on my way quickly.

Dear Sir, Referring to the notice dated 06 Jan 2025 that i received through air post mail in Malaysia as below; Invoice No: 003556000055 Invoice date: 06/01/2025 Rental Agreement No: 358545364 I really regretted with the offences that i may have done and I understand the content of the letter sent however i would like to know more about the notice as follows; 1. Type of Penalty in details (what is the offence) 2. Location of the offence As i never stopped by any police officer when i was driving the car and already following the road signages. It is best to know in details so that i can take extra caution if driving in Switzerland again in the future. Appreciate for your kind respond.
