Service incroyable! Nous n'avons pas eu de chance hier et nos deux vélos avaient besoin d'être réparés immédiatement avant de pouvoir continuer notre voyage. Ils nous ont accueillis immédiatement et tout a été réparé en moins d'une heure et demie ! Je suis tellement reconnaissant que nos vélos soient tombés en panne à proximité ! Service incroyable! Nous avons eu des problèmes de vélo pendant notre voyage, ils nous ont immédiatement accueillis, avaient la pièce en stock et ont même pris des photos montrant ce qui n'allait pas afin que je puisse dire à mon magasin de vélos local ce qu'ils avaient fait de mal ! Incroyable!

I had my racing bike shipped to Sarnen by SBB (bad idea, never again). When I picked it up at the station on Saturday, the right shifter and brake lever was completely destroyed. Both the shift cable and the brake hose had snapped. One phone call was all it took, and Ms. Windlin confirmed right away that they had the spare parts in stock. They repaired the bike in just under an hour. Ms. Windlin even provided me with a loaner bike while I waited so I could grab a coffee at Migros. So, although a little late, I was still able to start my tour, and my weekend was saved. That was incredibly friendly and competent service! Thank you again for everything!!!
