Le magasin est bien approvisionné, de bonnes options. Mais j'ai trouvé les ouvriers carrément impolis. Il n'était pas clair que les sacs coûtaient de l'argent, alors lors du paiement en libre-service, j'ai placé mes articles dans un sac en papier et un employé impoli est venu et m'a dit quelque chose d'abord en allemand, puis m'a crié en anglais "ce n'est pas gratuit !" Il a saisi le sac de manière agressive et l'a scanné. Elle n'avait pas besoin d'être impolie et une signalisation indiquant que les sacs ne sont pas gratuits serait utile.

Coop petite mais efficace - a tout ce dont vous avez besoin après une randonnée. Le personnel est sympathique et vous accueille toujours avec le sourire lorsque vous entrez ou sortez. Le paiement automatique fonctionne sans problème et permet de récupérer rapidement ce dont vous avez besoin et de partir.

Bon petit magasin pour à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Emplacement facile. C'est agréable d'avoir à proximité de notre Air BNB car il ne contient pas beaucoup de fournitures.

I purchased fine food smoked salmon which after consuming a small portion I noticed was 3 days out of date. I went back to the shop to swap and spoke to the short/spiked hair manager. I understand mistakes can happen but after I told her there were 10 out of date on the shelf as well, she said I handed her an empty package. It was just put back the wrong way! She finally realised but still claimed I was rude, foreign idiot and that I had no manners. All in german which she didn’t realise I am fluent …

In Kandersteg for 3 days and love this little town. The local grocery is the Coop and for a small store it has everything you need. Friendly and helpful to us out of town guests. Prices were very good.

It’s okay, but the staff seems to have a problem with foreign scouts, btw some of us can understand Swiss-German gossip :)
